Tema was a leading Portuguese company devoted to the production and distribution of functional designer furniture, with international footprint.

In its origin, the Company was a Joint Venture between Norema ASA and a local manufacturer, until the former bought a significant share package allowing to control 100% of the company, which was sold in 2000 to the Swedish kitchen furniture manufacturer, Nobia Nordisk.
