Jaime Hernández Soto
Jaime Hernández Soto is a founding partner of MCH Private Equity.
He was President of SpainCap (Spanish Private Equity Association) and member of the Council of Invest Europe.
Jaime has led deals in multiple industrial sectors, including food, financial services, retail distribution, manufacturing and services. Jaime is a board member of Litalsa and Prosur. Before MCH, he was a member of Grucycsa’s investment team with AUM of €125MM. Prior to this, he worked at Lazard Frères et Cie in Paris, where he helped develop the business in Iberia, in Banco Santander de Negocios (investment bank of Santander Group) in Madrid and Banco Exterior de España (now BBVA) in New York.
Jaime holds an B.Sc. cum laude in Business Administration from Caldwell University in New Jersey.
José María Muñoz
José María Muñoz is a founding partner of MCH Private Equity.
Since 1998 he has participated in more than twenty private equity transactions, mainly in buyouts in the Spanish mid-market, in a variety of sectors including specialized industry, distribution, services to companies and consumer products. He has also been promoter of several businesses, such as MyAlert.com or MCH Investment Strategies.
He has been a Board member and Director of companies such as Azulev, Comess Group, Qualytel, IQAP, Talgo, Gamo, Televida, Jeanologia and Lenitudes. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Europastry, TCI Cutting, Grupo Palacios de Alimentación and Aquanaria..
Before founding MCH, he worked for several years at McKinsey & Company in the US and Spain and previously was a Consultant in the Strategic Consulting Division of Andersen Consulting.
José María holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and was graduated as an Industrial Engineer from ETSII of Madrid. He has been a Visiting Professor of Business Creation at the Instituto de Empresa, member of ICA (Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores), member of the mid-market council in InvestEurope and is an active member of the Círculo de Empresarios and CEAPI (Consejo Empresarial de America Latina).
Andrés Peláez
Andrés Peláez joined MCH as a Partner in January 2000, having actively contributed to the development of the firm since then.
He has led deals in multiple sectors, including food, financial services, business services, manufacturing and technology.
He has been a Director of companies such as Grupo Euro 56, Qualytel, HCS, Grupo Parkare and Nutricafés. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Brasmar, Grupo PT, AltaFit, Molecor and Logalty.
Prior to MCH, he worked for several years at McKinsey & Co. in Spain, Mexico, Australia and USA.
Andrés graduated from Stanford University with a Master in Engineering-Economic Systems and completed post-graduate studies as an Actuary at the Anahuac University of Mexico
Ramón Núñez
Ramón Núñez began working for MCH in 2005 as Principal of Fund II.
He was a Board Member of Gamo, Nutricafés and Repasa. Currently, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of Europastry, HC Clover and Extol.
Prior to joining MCH, he worked for several years at Apax Partners in London, was an associate at Goldman Sachs (London) and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Ramón holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he attended on a La Caixa full scholarship and he graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valladolid.
Francisco Caro
Francisco Caro joined MCH in 2002 participating since then in a large number of private equity transactions, mainly buyouts in the Spanish market.
Currently member of the Board of Directors of Aquanaria, Palacios Foods, Jeanologia and Genuine Coconut. Previously he also served at the Board of Directors of Talgo, IQAP, Integrals Press, Alartec.
Prior to joining MCH, he developed his professional experience at McKinsey & Company in the Madrid office, as Project Manager, serving clients in Spain, Latin America and Europe. Previously, he worked as an Engineer for Tecnical-Tecnicas Reunidas, and Cores.
Francisco holds degrees in General Management from the Harvard Business School (2007), in Business Administration from the MiniMBA McKinsey-Kellogg Business School program (1998). Graduated with a MSc in Mining, Energy and Fuel Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (1996).
Rafael Muñoz
Rafael Muñoz joined MCH in 1999, where he has participated in multiple operations.
He has participated in the Boards of Directors of Qualytel, Televida, Hogar and Segur Ibérica. He is currently a board member of Pumping Team and Altafit.
Previously, he worked at the Natwest group in Madrid as a corporate finance analyst.
Rafael has a degree in Economics and Business Administration (specialization in Finance) from CUNEF-Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
Rafael Pérez-Cea

Before joining MCH, he was Managing Director of the Private Equity company of the financial group Ahorro Corporación, where he was a Director of companies in various sectors such as healthcare, food, consumer, environment and services, having actively participated in the investment and divestment processes of many of them.
He is currently a director of Litalsa, Vaughan, Llusar, Haizea, Logalty and Fermax
In addition, he is an Independent Director of Xesgalicia, a Private Equity management company of the Xunta de Galicia, and Transportes Mazo.
José Manuel holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
Celia Andreu
Since her reincorporation to MCH in September 2002, Celia has actively participated in the investment, monitoring and divestment processes of certain portfolio companies, especially in industrial, retail and consumer products sectors.
In 2021, she was appointed Head of Sustainability of the Firm with the responsibility of leading the implementation of the ESG framework within the management company and the portfolio companies of all Funds managed by MCH.
Celia actively participates in the proprietary search of investment opportunities and the monitoring and supervision of internal procedures of the Firm.
She was a director of Masvisión and Brasmar and currently participates in TCI´s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining MCH, she worked in Boston for two years as an Associate of Citizens Capital Inc., the Private Equity arm of Citizens Financial Group.
Celia holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E-3).
Luis Parras
Luis Parras joined MCH in September 2018 as a Partner.
Previously, he worked for 15 years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan in Madrid and London, advising large and medium-sized companies on their M&A, ECM and DCM transactions, with a main focus on Spain and Portugal. .
He is currently a director of Molecor, Noucor, Agrovin, Seabery, Symborg and Haizea.
Luis is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, having completed a year of his studies at Imperial College in London.
Enrique de Aragón
Enrique de Aragón joined the MCH team in 2014.
Additionally, he performs proactive investment search and preparation of materials for investors and investment committees.
Before joining MCH, he worked in the financial department of Ferroglobe Plc. (NASDAQ: GSM), formerly Grupo Ferroatlántica – Grupo Villar Mir.
Enrique has pursued the Private Equity & Venture Capital Executive Program at Harvard Business School and holds a Master´s Degree in Taxation, Public Management and Public Policies from the UNED – Instituto de Estudios Fiscales. He graduated with a Licentiate Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE) and a Licenciate Degree in Political Science (LCP) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE). Enrique has the professional designation CAIA (“Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst”).
Josep Batlle
Josep Batlle joined MCH as an Associate in 2017.
Before joining MCH, Josep worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He was part of the Iberian coverage team advising corporations and financial sponsors across a variety of sectors and was involved in several M&A, ECM and DCM transactions.
Josep received a BS in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and is a CFA Charterholder.
Marta Muñoz
Marta Muñoz joined MCH in 2018 as an associate.
Before MCH, Marta was an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman spending over four years working in the Financial Services teams in New York, Madrid, and Mexico City offices. Marta has also previously worked for Restaurant Brands International in Singapore, Constellium in Switzerland and Arbora & Ausonia (today Procter & Gamble) in Spain. She also co-founded a drone company, Droneit.
Marta holds an MBA from INSEAD and graduated as an Industrial Engineer from UPC and EPFL.
She is a member of Level 20 organization.
Roberto Chollet
Roberto Chollet joined MCH in 2019 as an associate.
Before joining MCH, Roberto worked for five years as Analyst and Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group investment banking division in London and Madrid.
Roberto graduated with a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE).
Pablo Monjardín
Pablo Monjardín joined MCH as an Analyst in 2018.
Before joining MCH, Pablo worked at Ardian in the Mid Cap Buyout team in Madrid, where he has been involved in the analysis and valuation of several investment opportunities across different industries as well as the preparation of materials for investors and internal deal documentation.
Pablo holds an M.Eng degree in Engineering with Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
Mario Ginel
Mario Ginel joined MCH in 2018 as an analyst.
Prior to MCH, Mario worked as a Deals consultant in PwC, where he was involved in projects covering several sectors. Previously, Mario worked for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Vienna.
Mario holds a BSc and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI
Pablo Ruiz de Velasco
Pablo Ruiz de Velasco joined MCH in 2018 as an analyst.
Prior to MCH, Pablo worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division in London, where he was involved in projects within the Basic Materials sector.
Pablo holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration & Management from ICADE (E-3 Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).
Javier López Garayalde
Javier López Garayalde joined MCH in 2021.
Previously he worked as a consultant at Kearney where he was involved in projects in the infrastructure and transportation sectors, among others. Additionally, he did an internship as an engineer at Gestamp in Shanghai.
Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas where he also completed his Industrial Master + Master in Smart Industry.
Ana Lacave
Ana joined MCH in 2020 as an analyst.
Before joining MCH, Ana worked at The Cocktail as a Strategy Consultant where she was involved in international projects within the retail and Oil & Gas industries.
Ana holds a BSc and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid – ETSII, having completed her final year at TU Delft.
Cristina Hernández
Cristina Hernández joined MCH in 2022.
Prior to joining MCH, Cristina worked in management consulting at Kearney in its Madrid office, and in the M&A division of KPMG in Luxembourg.
Cristina holds a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI) and spent a year studying at the University of San Diego (California). She also holds a law degree from UNED (Spanish Distance Learning University).
Additionally, she is an active member of LEVEL 20, a non-profit organization focused on improving gender diversity in Private Equity.
María Cifuentes
Maria Cifuentes joined MCH in 2024.
Prior to joining, she completed internships as an investment and development analyst at YABA and Heroes, both digital business aggregators, and in Amazon’s business development department.
María holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3 Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).
Jaime Clemente
Jaime Clemente joined MCH in 2024.
Prior to joining MCH he was an intern at the UK investment fund Bridgepoint. He also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he participated in an AI research project.
Jaime holds a double degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Analytics from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI), during which he spent a year studying at the University of Texas at Austin.
Idoya Aguirre
Idoya Aguirre joined MCH in 2003 as responsible for the supervision of all legal matters at MCH.
Prior to joining MCH, she worked at Uría & Menéndez in Madrid and São Paulo as a commercial and corporate lawyer, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions. Likewise, she acquired extensive experience in banking and finance during her work with BBVA in Madrid as a legal advisor in the markets department.
Idoya holds a law degree from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, a Master of Laws from Columbia University in New York and a Master of Laws from the College of Europe in Belgium
Támara Cabrera
Támara Cabrera joined the internal legal counsel of MCH in 2009.
Before joining MCH, she worked at Landwell-PwC, developing her activity in the Legal and Regulatory Services Department of the Financial Sector, specializing in the area of regulated entities. Also, she worked in the international commercial contracting department of Ferrovial Agroman.
Támara holds a law degree, with a specialty in European Union Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a Master´s Degree in International Law from the University Institute of European Studies. Later, she completed a Master´s Degree in Business Law at the Business School of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
Manuel Rojas
Manuel Rojas joined MCH’s internal legal department in 2019.
Before joining MCH, he was employed by Andbank Group, working in Andorra as legal advisor for acquisitions and subsidiaries oversight, and in Luxembourg being in charge of the corporate secretarial area of the collective investment schemes’ management company. He also worked at Financial Services Legal department of KPMG Abogados, providing regulatory and corporate legal advice to financial industry entities.
Manuel holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), attending one year to the Master of Law at the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
Macarena Querol
Macarena Querol joined MCH in 2006 as Financial Director, where she is responsible for compliance, portfolio monitoring and financial reporting; as well as internal administration and control.
Previously, she worked for Procter&Gamble, Gillette and Duracell, having held several roles within the Finance Departments.
Macarena graduated with a double Bachelor´s degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E-3), and holds a Master’s in Financial Auditing from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Sara Cabrero
Sara joined MCH in 2007 as the assistant to the Financial Director where she acts as Financial Controller as well as assuming the responsibility for the procedures and policies for money laundering.
Previously, she worked for Vodafone Spain as coordinator of sales techniques and accreditation for the area of particular sales. Prior to that, she worked for Procter&Gamble in the area of fine fragrances where she was responsible for discounts, prices, campaigns and promotions.
Sara holds a Bs in Management Assistance where she focused on accounting and finances.
Nuria Almarcha
Nuria Almarcha joined MCH in 2009. She is responsible for accounting and tax management. Her functions are to make financial statements, to deal with social security and labour management and to submit taxes for MCH.
Prior to MCH, she was responsible for the accounting in the advisory sector at Assesora Estudio Juridico y Tibutario, y Gabinete de Servicios Mercantiles. She has also worked for New Technologies Global Systems where she acquired experience in the engineering industry. Prior to that, she worked for Travelplan and Vivatours where she was responsible for the accounting in the tourism sector.
Nuria holds a degree in technical administration. She also holds a title in human resources from Maforem and an Advance Accounting degree from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
Isabel Pangua
Isabel joined MCH in 2016 as responsible for investors administration. Isabel is responsible for KYC processes, monthly reporting, and updating and maintaining the Investor Portal.
Before joining MCH, Isabel was part of the accounting department of Citco Corporate Management (Madrid) with accounting and tax functions.
Isabel holds a degree on Business Administration from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (UAH) and one year of study at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM).
Enrique Gutiérrez
Enrique Gutiérrez joined MCH´s financial department in 2018.
Previously, Enrique worked as auditor in the financial department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and as an analyst at Santander Bank.
Enrique holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), and has a Master´s Degree in Accounting and Audit from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and a program in Private Equity, M&A and Restructuring from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). He is also accredited as a chartered accountant by the General Council of Economists and is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants (REC).
Sandra Manzanares
Sandra Manzanares joined MCH in 2018 as Office Manager. She primarily gives support to the entire MCH team; the organization of trips, board meetings, conferences, general and annual meetings, etc. as well as assuming the responsibility to organize and manage the agendas for the Partners.
Prior to MCH, Sandra provided support to preferred clients in the high-end restauration sector. Among her studies, several protocol and diploma courses in tourism and restoration from the IES Hotel Escuela de Madrid.

Marta has also previously worked for Restaurant Brands International in Singapore, Constellium in Switzerland and Arbora & Ausonia (today Procter & Gamble) in Spain. She also co-founded a drone company, Droneit.
Marta holds an MBA from INSEAD and graduated as an Industrial Engineer from UPC and EPFL.
She is a member of Level 20 organization.
Roberto Chollet
Roberto Chollet joined MCH in 2019 as an associate.
Before joining MCH, Roberto worked for five years as Analyst and Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group investment banking division in London and Madrid.
Roberto graduated with a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE).
Pablo Monjardín
Pablo Monjardín joined MCH as an Analyst in 2018.
Before joining MCH, Pablo worked at Ardian in the Mid Cap Buyout team in Madrid, where he has been involved in the analysis and valuation of several investment opportunities across different industries as well as the preparation of materials for investors and internal deal documentation.
Pablo holds an M.Eng degree in Engineering with Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
Mario Ginel
Mario Ginel joined MCH in 2018 as an analyst.
Prior to MCH, Mario worked as a Deals consultant in PwC, where he was involved in projects covering several sectors. Previously, Mario worked for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Vienna.
Mario holds a BSc and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI
Pablo Ruiz de Velasco
Pablo Ruiz de Velasco joined MCH in 2018 as an analyst.
Prior to MCH, Pablo worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division in London, where he was involved in projects within the Basic Materials sector.
Pablo holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration & Management from ICADE (E-3 Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).
Javier López Garayalde
Javier López Garayalde joined MCH in 2021.
Previously he worked as a consultant at Kearney where he was involved in projects in the infrastructure and transportation sectors, among others. Additionally, he did an internship as an engineer at Gestamp in Shanghai.
Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas where he also completed his Industrial Master + Master in Smart Industry.
Ana Lacave
Ana joined MCH in 2020 as an analyst.
Before joining MCH, Ana worked at The Cocktail as a Strategy Consultant where she was involved in international projects within the retail and Oil & Gas industries.
Ana holds a BSc and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid – ETSII, having completed her final year at TU Delft.
Cristina Hernández
Cristina Hernández joined MCH in 2022.
Prior to joining MCH, Cristina worked in management consulting at Kearney in its Madrid office, and in the M&A division of KPMG in Luxembourg.
Cristina holds a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI) and spent a year studying at the University of San Diego (California). She also holds a law degree from UNED (Spanish Distance Learning University).
Additionally, she is an active member of LEVEL 20, a non-profit organization focused on improving gender diversity in Private Equity.
María Cifuentes
Maria Cifuentes joined MCH in 2024.
Prior to joining, she completed internships as an investment and development analyst at YABA and Heroes, both digital business aggregators, and in Amazon’s business development department.
María holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3 Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).
Jaime Clemente
Jaime Clemente joined MCH in 2024.
Prior to joining MCH he was an intern at the UK investment fund Bridgepoint. He also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he participated in an AI research project.
Jaime holds a double degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Analytics from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI), during which he spent a year studying at the University of Texas at Austin.
Idoya Aguirre
Idoya Aguirre joined MCH in 2003 as responsible for the supervision of all legal matters at MCH.
Prior to joining MCH, she worked at Uría & Menéndez in Madrid and São Paulo as a commercial and corporate lawyer, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions. Likewise, she acquired extensive experience in banking and finance during her work with BBVA in Madrid as a legal advisor in the markets department.
Idoya holds a law degree from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, a Master of Laws from Columbia University in New York and a Master of Laws from the College of Europe in Belgium
Támara Cabrera
Támara Cabrera joined the internal legal counsel of MCH in 2009.
Before joining MCH, she worked at Landwell-PwC, developing her activity in the Legal and Regulatory Services Department of the Financial Sector, specializing in the area of regulated entities. Also, she worked in the international commercial contracting department of Ferrovial Agroman.
Támara holds a law degree, with a specialty in European Union Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a Master´s Degree in International Law from the University Institute of European Studies. Later, she completed a Master´s Degree in Business Law at the Business School of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
Manuel Rojas
Manuel Rojas joined MCH’s internal legal department in 2019.
Before joining MCH, he was employed by Andbank Group, working in Andorra as legal advisor for acquisitions and subsidiaries oversight, and in Luxembourg being in charge of the corporate secretarial area of the collective investment schemes’ management company. He also worked at Financial Services Legal department of KPMG Abogados, providing regulatory and corporate legal advice to financial industry entities.
Manuel holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), attending one year to the Master of Law at the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
Macarena Querol
Macarena Querol joined MCH in 2006 as Financial Director, where she is responsible for compliance, portfolio monitoring and financial reporting; as well as internal administration and control.
Previously, she worked for Procter&Gamble, Gillette and Duracell, having held several roles within the Finance Departments.
Macarena graduated with a double Bachelor´s degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E-3), and holds a Master’s in Financial Auditing from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Sara Cabrero
Sara joined MCH in 2007 as the assistant to the Financial Director where she acts as Financial Controller as well as assuming the responsibility for the procedures and policies for money laundering.
Previously, she worked for Vodafone Spain as coordinator of sales techniques and accreditation for the area of particular sales. Prior to that, she worked for Procter&Gamble in the area of fine fragrances where she was responsible for discounts, prices, campaigns and promotions.
Sara holds a Bs in Management Assistance where she focused on accounting and finances.
Nuria Almarcha
Nuria Almarcha joined MCH in 2009. She is responsible for accounting and tax management. Her functions are to make financial statements, to deal with social security and labour management and to submit taxes for MCH.
Prior to MCH, she was responsible for the accounting in the advisory sector at Assesora Estudio Juridico y Tibutario, y Gabinete de Servicios Mercantiles. She has also worked for New Technologies Global Systems where she acquired experience in the engineering industry. Prior to that, she worked for Travelplan and Vivatours where she was responsible for the accounting in the tourism sector.
Nuria holds a degree in technical administration. She also holds a title in human resources from Maforem and an Advance Accounting degree from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
Isabel Pangua
Isabel joined MCH in 2016 as responsible for investors administration. Isabel is responsible for KYC processes, monthly reporting, and updating and maintaining the Investor Portal.
Before joining MCH, Isabel was part of the accounting department of Citco Corporate Management (Madrid) with accounting and tax functions.
Isabel holds a degree on Business Administration from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (UAH) and one year of study at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM).
Enrique Gutiérrez
Enrique Gutiérrez joined MCH´s financial department in 2018.
Previously, Enrique worked as auditor in the financial department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and as an analyst at Santander Bank.
Enrique holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), and has a Master´s Degree in Accounting and Audit from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and a program in Private Equity, M&A and Restructuring from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). He is also accredited as a chartered accountant by the General Council of Economists and is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants (REC).
Sandra Manzanares
Sandra Manzanares joined MCH in 2018 as Office Manager. She primarily gives support to the entire MCH team; the organization of trips, board meetings, conferences, general and annual meetings, etc. as well as assuming the responsibility to organize and manage the agendas for the Partners.
Prior to MCH, Sandra provided support to preferred clients in the high-end restauration sector. Among her studies, several protocol and diploma courses in tourism and restoration from the IES Hotel Escuela de Madrid.
